Service

Calor provides on-demand access to third-party NVIDIA GPU compute, settled on the Solana network. Availability, pricing and Calor discounts are subject to change.

Calor is a utility token for compute credits and is not an investment. Token utility and discounts apply post-launch.

Acceptable use

You may not use Calor compute for unlawful activity, to infringe third-party rights, or to disrupt the network. You are responsible for workloads you run.

Payments

Compute is billed per hour (a $5 minimum applies per rental) and settled in SOL or Calor. On-chain transactions are final and non-reversible.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Calor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
